1 - SRP Panel, with Thermostat, Thermostat Wire, Taco 007Z Pump, Mixing Valve, Pex Connections, Everything Mounted on a Powder Coated Back plate. Panel comes Pre. Assembled.
1 - SRM-4 Manifold Panel, All Loop Tees Have Valves at the Connections. Comes with Pex Fittings For Easy Connections. Main Valves are 1” Full Port Valves. Everything is mounted on a Powder Coated Back Plate. Panel Comes Pre Assembled.
4 - Rolls of ½” Pex pipe. Each Roll is 250’ Long.
8 - Pex Protective Sleeve 90 Deg Ells. This will protect the Pex Pipe where it exits the concrete.
1 - 2 Branch Tee Assembly with Valves. This is to make the connection to the main hot water loop.
1 - Pressure Test kit. For testing the lines before the concrete is installed.
1 - Fill and Purge Kit. This allows the installer to fill and purge the air out of the system. Kit Items: 1 – 5 Gallon Bucket to catch the water. 1 – Purge Hose to route the water into the bucket and a double Female Hose Adapter so the installer may use a standard water hose to fill the system.
1 - Tubing Cutter For The ½” Pex Pipe.
4 - 1” Pex 90 Deg Barb Ells
50 Ft. Of 1” Pex Pipe. This is to run from the Radiant Panel To the Heat Source Loop.

13 - Bags of Pex Clips for foam insulation. There are 25 Clips per bag. The clips screw into the insulation and hold the Pex in place.

This Heat Exchanger Kit can be added to any new or existing hot water heating system that requires a separation from the Simple Radiant™ system. This kit is designed primarily for applications where the Simple Radiant™ system is connected to a domestic hot water system that supplies both heating and potable (drinking) water. The Heat Exchanger Kit comes standard with a pressure gauge, temperature and pressure relief valve, automatic air purging valve, expansion tank, 175,000 btu/hr stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger, with brass and copper fittings, PEX adapters and a bronze circulating pump (suitable for potable water applications). We assemble it, mount it to a powder coated steel back-plate and completely test it prior to shipment. All you do is hang it on the wall, connect your piping and plug the pump into a 110VAC outlet.
